Dear Maple Glen Residents,
 
Invoicing for annual HOA Dues will be arriving to your billing address within the next 3 to 7 days. For your convenience, On-line payment options have been added as a feature to your website. Payment may also be made by check or mailed to P.O. Box 1290, Owasso, OK 74055. Details for these options will be included in your billing.
 
Maple Glen will have a modest increase in annual dues to $290 for the 2014 calendar year to cover service cost increases experienced in 2013 and ongoing.  
 
Please note that the existing Reserve funds have been planned and established for the purpose of long term repair and replacement of our assets, including the pool and play structures. These funds are not used as "surplus" operating funds for regular operating expenses.  The accumulation of reasonable reserves will insure the neighborhood's ability to maintain assets over the long-term.
 
The annual Expense Reports for the neighborhood will be available on the website by January 15th for your use.  Please let us know if we can be of any assistance to you.
